Social Media Leadership Role

Our company is looking for a highly skilled Social Media Manager/Strategist to elevate our brand presence and drive growth across all social platforms. This senior-level position requires 5+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, focusing on compelling captions, video scripts, and email newsletter copy that resonates with our target audience.
  • Establish and execute influencer collaborations, managing relationships, and defining tiers to match each partner's voice and tone.
  • Grow our target audience by engaging with relevant content, increasing visibility, and building trust across high-value social circles.
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to co-develop content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and upcoming campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to identify new opportunities and maintain the brand's competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and influencer marketing.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written communication, and ability to craft compelling copy.
  • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging social media captions, newsletter content, and influencer outreach messages.
  • Visual and editing proficiency in creating and editing content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Demonstrated organizational and planning excellence, with the ability to build and manage content calendars and plan ahead for campaigns.
