About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful online marketing campaigns that drive engagement and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and launch online marketing campaigns that drive engagement and results.
  • Content Management: Oversee and ensure flawless execution of onsite campaigns for a seamless user experience.
  • Market Research & Innovation: Conduct in-depth research to identify opportunities and implement best practices through experimentation.
  • Decision Making: Analyze campaign performance metrics to uncover insights and drive continuous improvements.
  • Regional Collaboration: Partner with regional teams to ensure consistent and effective marketing content across all channels.
  • Growth Hacking & Experimentation: Continuously test and innovate to discover new growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • eCommerce Marketing Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven success in eCommerce onsite campaign marketing.
  • Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple programs and meet deadlines.
  • Thrives in Fast-Paced Environments: Capable of proactively setting direction and managing daily tasks.
  • Creative & Data-Driven: A blend of creativity with a sharp analytical mindset.
  • Agility & Interpersonal Skills: Effective cross-functional collaboration in a global setting.
  • Affinity for Online Shopping: Ideally someone who loves finding the best deals.
  • AI Adoption: Demonstrated use of AI tools to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
