We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing retail operations, leading teams, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to increase customer traffic and optimize profitability
  • Train, motivate, and mentor sales staff to meet sales goals
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, and profits
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
  • Deal with staff and customer issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a retail Store Manager
  • Strong leadership and business orientation skills
  • Excellent customer management and communication skills
  • BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
