- Utilize technology to enhance regulatory adherence and continually improve policies, training, and processes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance Officer roles.
- Located in Singapore or willing to relocate for career advancement.
- Timely review and approval of high-risk client assessments.
- Efficient management of screening alerts to minimize outstanding cases.
- Quality review and reporting of Low/Medium/High-Risk cases with suggested remediation.
- Investigation timeliness and STR filing with accuracy.
- Identification and recommendation of process improvements in KYC, risk assessment, transaction monitoring, or screening.
- Initiative and reliability to drive projects forward.
- Humble and open to feedback, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Structured thinking and analytical problem-solving across multiple countries and cultures.
- Clear communication and excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Ability to engage in constructive conversations with stakeholders.
