Delivering exceptional client service is crucial in the Private Wealth industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Private Wealth Client Service Officer collaborates with Relationship Managers to deliver high-quality results and ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Expertise in Private Wealth products and services is essential for providing advice to RMs and clients.
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness in transactions, meeting audit and regulatory requirements, is vital for this role.
  • Close collaboration with Compliance teams is necessary to address matters related to Customer Due Diligence, document deficiencies, and other compliance issues.
  • In the absence of Relationship Managers, the Private Wealth Client Service Officer must be able to cover client services activities effectively.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance is required for this position.
  • At least 3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in a Private Wealth setting, is expected.

This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively support Relationship Managers and clients.
