We are seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Property Manager to support our property management team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound calls and coordinate repairs for renters, primarily working weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Communication: Answer inbound calls from renters reporting issues or requesting repairs.
  • Repair Coordination: Liaise with property management to schedule and facilitate necessary home repairs.
  • Language Skills: Provide fluent Spanish and English support to accommodate our diverse tenant base.
  • Weekend Availability: Available to work weekends, addressing urgent tenant needs promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Spanish and English: Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and Responsive: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • No Sales or Outbound Calls: Focus solely on tenant service and coordination.

General Requirements:

  • Good Command of English Language:
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age and above.
  • Device Specifications: Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required.
  • Network Requirements: 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection.
