Primarily responsible for risks inspection, initial evaluation of exposure and hazards of risks to help Underwriters determine risk acceptability, prepares property survey reports and recommends loss prevention measures.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage risk inspection requests, analyze risks and describe specific hazard exposures and current conditions.
  • Prepare survey reports showing current conditions and risk acceptability.
  • Recommend loss control and preventive measures.

Requirements:

  • College/University graduate with an Engineering Degree.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in risk survey/inspection.
  • Good oral and written communication skills (English).
  • Non-life underwriting knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Willingness to work in Makati.
