Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop plans and strategies for business expansion and achieving the company's sales goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage the sales teams, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth.
  • Sales Target Setting: Set individual sales targets with the sales team, track performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Operations, Innovations, and AP teams to ensure pre-bid or bidding requirements are submitted on time.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Manage detailed reporting of sales metrics and KPIs, adjusting sales techniques and strategies based on data analysis.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 5-10 years of related 3PL selling experience, with working experience in business development, contract logistics, or freight forwarding field required.
  • Proven ability to influence decision makers.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, warehousing, or transportation solutions.
  • Ability to effortlessly engage top management to drive win-win situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizing skills, attention to detail.
