Job Overview

MCI is a leading business process outsourcing company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of clients.

The company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spanish Bilingual Call Center Associate to join its team and provide outstanding support to clients.

The successful candidate will attend to inbound/outbound calls, and provide support through various channels like phone, email, chat services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner
  • Listen and understand customer needs, and resolve any concerns
  • Research systems to find missing information as applicable; coordinate with other departments to resolve issues as applicable
  • Follow established processes and perform tasks in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete tasks efficiently
  • Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer requests
  • Comply with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal data
  • Escalate customer concerns to managerial teams when necessary
  • Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
  • Attend meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on changes to program knowledge, systems, and processes

Requirements and Qualifications

Qualified candidates must possess the following qualities:

  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and speak fluent Spanish and English
  • 6 months experience in voice, email, and chat support call center roles
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software applications
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (40+ words per minute)
  • Grammar Assessment passing score > 85%
  • Excellent comprehension skills score > 90%
