- We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Specialist to join our team.
- This is a remote, full-time position that requires strong analytical and reporting skills, as well as hands-on experience with Airbnb and Booking.com.

- Analyse listings, revenue, commissions, occupancy, nightly rates, and booking trends to inform business decisions.
- Compare performance against previous months/years, identifying areas for improvement.
- Resolve listing errors in Guesty, Airbnb, and Booking.com, including amenities, descriptions, images, and automated messages.
- Set up and optimise new listings, ensuring they are fully configured and performing well.
- Ensure all listings are tracked in Monday.com, providing real-time visibility into property performance.
- Design and update floorplans, maps, and marketing creatives using creative tools like Illustrator and Canva.
- Provide ad hoc support to the CEO, including policy, price, and payment changes, as well as creating presentations, reports, and one-off creatives.

- Hands-on experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, and ideally Guesty.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets.
- Proven ability in listing creation, optimisation, and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with creative tools, including Illustrator, Canva, and RoomSketcher.
