Your Key Responsibilities
  • Create conceptual residential models in Revit and detail them into construction plans and documentation.
  • Customize Revit families and templates to improve efficiency in design and integration with estimating software.
Requirements
  • Advanced Revit skills, ideally with an architectural degree qualification.
  • Advanced Revit Family creation and modification skills.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of Revit usage experience, preferably within an architectural firm with strong BIM management and systems.
Preferred Skills
  • Advanced technical competency with Revit.
  • Structural framing knowledge is an advantage.
  • Rendering skills and interior design knowledge are also beneficial.
  • Attention to detail and strong English communication skills are essential.
