This role focuses on creating and maintaining high-quality 3D Design, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop detailed models and visualizations that capture both the artistic vision and technical requirements of our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed 3D design using SketchUp to represent design concepts and project requirements.

  • Proficient in using plugins for Sketchup utilization.

  • Extensive project construction experience and construction details.

  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure the integrity of project interfaces

  • Plan assigned project work and allocate work to ensure timely delivery and effective utilization of resources

  • Develop visualizations and renderings to support client presentations and design reviews.

  • Contribute to the enhancement of modeling workflows and team efficiency through innovative practices.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, preferably licensed.

  • With 5-7 years of professional experience.

  • Proficient in SketchUp, Enscape, and Photoshop; experience with Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, Lumion is a plus

  • Strong understanding of materials, composition, and photorealistic rendering techniques.

  • Ability to interpret architectural plans and create visualizations.

  • Strong portfolio of Architectural Visualization projects.

  • Excellent communication and adaptability in a global work environment.
