About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Planning and Policy Specialist to join our Strategy, Policy and Partnerships Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the preparation of the annual Work Program and Budget Framework (WPBF) and the President's Planning Directions (PD). This position requires strong analytical and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Lead the preparation and monitoring of plans to deploy additional lending headroom created by the capital adequacy framework review
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance ADB's operational effectiveness
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Contribute substantively to the preparation of Operations Review Meetings and regular monitoring of the pipeline
