We are seeking a seasoned WordPress professional to fill the position of Lead Developer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, promoting collaboration and ensuring effective execution of projects to ensure deadlines are met.

Your primary objective will be to lead the development team in delivering high-quality, scalable, and reusable code while adhering to web development best practices. You will also be expected to collaborate with the team to write front-end and back-end code, develop custom themes and plugins, and integrate third-party services, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of experience as a WordPress developer, including multisite configuration, custom themes, plugins, ACF, and Gutenberg editor. Additionally, you should possess strong understanding of WordPress security best practices and performance optimization techniques.

You will work closely with the development team to transform app designs into front-end code with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, creating an immersive experience for the user while maintaining excellent Lightspeed performance scores. Your responsibilities will also include debugging errors, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine performance optimizations.

In addition to your technical skills, you must be proficient in front-end technologies including SASS, CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, and backend developments such as WordPress, PHP, MySQL, API integrations, JSON, and XML. You should also be familiar with GIT workflows and code versioning tools such as Git, Github or Gitlab.
