Construction Director

Gainstrong Careers is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects from inception to completion.

This position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your project management skills, working closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met.

• Timely Project Delivery: Set project timelines and manage schedules to ensure timely delivery, taking into account any potential delays or issues.
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, ensuring that all aspects of the project are well-coordinated.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including construction workers, subcontractors, and consultants, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Task Management: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete their work efficiently.
• Leadership and Motivation: Provide leadership and motivation to the team, ensuring a high level of performance and collaboration throughout the project.
• Procurement: Procure materials, equipment, and services required for the project, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee inspections, testing, and quality assurance processes throughout the project, ensuring that the final product meets the required standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field is typically required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Builder trend, Microsoft Project) and construction-related software (AutoCAD, Bluebeam).
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contract law, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

The salary for this position is negotiable, but we can offer:
