In this role as Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for facilitating Theoria's recruitment efforts and effectively staffing tough-to-fill roles. You will contact applicants for preliminary screening, schedule candidate interviews, and coordinate schedules with hiring managers.

This position requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and experience in hiring for executive roles (Directors, VPs, and C-suite levels). Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems is also necessary. You should have at least 2 years of solid experience in corporate recruitment, preferably in hiring for Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Physicians in the US.

The ideal candidate will be punctual, able to remain seated for the majority of their shift, and adhere to the company's Time and Attendance policy. They must also be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
