Medical Recruiter

The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for facilitating Theoria Medical's recruitment efforts and effectively staffing tough-to-fill roles.
Key Responsibilities- Contact and screen applicants via phone, email, and other methods
- Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Coordinating overall corporate recruiting efforts and staffing needs
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hiring for executive roles (Directors, VPs, and C-suite levels)
- Experience in hiring for Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Physicians in the US is preferred but not required
- Remote recruitment experience with a background in interviewing and onboarding candidates
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to start ASAP
- Strong computer skills including experience with G Suite tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems
- Punctuality and adherence to the company's Time and Attendance policy
- Able to remain sitting for the majority of their shift
- Paid vacation and sick leaves
- 13th-month pay
- HMO offered upon regularization
