Job Title

A Creative Designer is needed to help scale a rapidly growing company. The successful candidate will work directly with the founders and growth team to develop paid ads and social visual identity.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-converting creatives for Meta ad campaigns (static & motion)
  • Create standout visuals for social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Collaborate with growth and content to concept and test new ideas quickly
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in design to keep the company ahead of the curve

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in design, ideally in performance or growth environments
  • A portfolio showcasing Meta ad creatives and social content (targeting B2B)
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • A keen eye for layout, typography, and storytelling

Bonus Points:

  • Motion design or animation experience
  • Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, etc.)
  • Ability to design for both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Startup/scaleup experience, or in creative agencies
