Agricultural Business Developer

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our team at ALOG & Company, Inc. in South Luzon. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
About the Role:
- You will be working closely with our agricultural business clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that support our sales objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the agricultural business industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing.
- Must be residing in South Luzon or willing to be assigned in the South Luzon area.
