We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Finance Operations Team Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of financial processes within your assigned specialism(s). This includes working closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Job Description

The Finance Operations Team Lead is accountable for the delivery of in-scope processes within the Service Partnership Framework. Key areas of responsibility include:

  1. Process Delivery: Ensure that financial processes are delivered accurately and on time, meeting all necessary standards and deadlines.
  2. Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of the organization.
  3. Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
  • Strong collaboration and partnership mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Delivery-focused mindset, with a track record of achieving results under pressure.
  • Experience of complex finance systems landscapes.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
