Project Management Office Lead

  • To excel in this role, you will need to possess a deep understanding of project management office and related processes as well as industry best practices.
  • You must have extensive experience in the entire project development life cycle.
  • A key responsibility is to develop high-quality reporting outputs and analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization.

  • You are expected to be proficient at storyboarding, writing executive summaries, and summary status overviews.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust in a complex environment and manage senior-level stakeholder relationships.
  • You should be able to communicate effectively across various business functions and levels, tailoring messages appropriately.

  • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills with the ability to process and present information in a structured format.
  • PMP Certified.
  • A minimum of 8 years of PMO experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, IT, or a related field.
