Job Summary:

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your team. You will serve as a point of escalation for issues outside the authority of an agent and work with the Client Experience Manager and People Manager to identify growth and development opportunities for team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage team performance quality
  • Monitor attendance and punctuality, escalating issues to HR as needed
Performance Quality Management:

You will monitor and assess team members' performance, providing timely feedback through regular coaching and performance reviews. Ensure team members are properly trained and working consistently to meet client needs. Ensure the team meets company and client-specific KPI targets.

  • Ensure team members' and equipment needs are met to sustain service levels
  • Recommend relevant alternatives to products or tools used by the company
Logistics and Internal Coordination:

You will ensure team members' and equipment needs are met to sustain service levels. Work with the People Development Manager to make recommendations for team members' career paths and create comprehensive training plans. Relay consistent issues to the Service Delivery Manager in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Guide advisors and analysts to foster growth and development, best practices, and optimal morale in the organization
External Communications:

Familiarize yourself with clients' key contacts, unique requirements, and operating processes. Implement policies related to clients' products. Contribute to the ongoing development of customer support and success processes. Demonstrate mastery of the company and clients' offerings. Understand, investigate, and solve complex client requests or complaints.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, three years of supervisory experience in a related field, experience supporting SaaS products or troubleshooting experience, general understanding of presentation software or web-based apps, intermediate knowledge of CRM systems and cloud-based applications, and willingness to learn about Data Science and Machine Learning. Nice to have: experience supporting creative professionals, small businesses, or startups.
