Job Title: Strategic HR Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR leader to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will provide guidance on organizational development, employee success, and performance management.

This role serves as a key partner to business leaders, offering expertise on talent management, change leadership, and workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with experience in the BPO industry.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business results, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organizational Development:
    • Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
    • Design and implement change management programs to support organizational growth and transformation.
  • Performance Management:
    • Develop and execute effective performance management strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor and mediator for employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions.
    • Investigate grievances and disciplinary actions, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Design and implement engagement programs that boost morale, recognition, and company culture.
    • Analyze employee feedback and recommend initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction.
  • HR Policy and Compliance:
    • Interpret and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Provide timely guidance to leaders and employees on complex HR matters.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in a business partner capacity.
  • Strong foundation in employee relations, organizational development, and performance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proven ability to influence, build trust, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR data analytics tools.
