Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective solutions to support the growth and development of our Japan clients
• Collaborate with the Functional Manager and Subject Matter Experts to understand business problems, target audiences, and business needs
• Design and deliver relevant talent solutions for our global clients, including Japanese and non-Japanese clients
• Travel to client sites in Japan for project work and engage in long-term client-facing opportunities

Requirements

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in any specialization
• Master's degree in business management & related fields is preferred
• JLPT N1 or N2
• Proven experience of working with Japanese clients and organizations across Business & Management domains
