Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee a portfolio of clients and lead a team of accountants in delivering high-quality accounting and tax services.

This role involves providing expert guidance on financial matters, liaising with government agencies, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accounting and tax services to SME clients
  • Liaise with the ATO on behalf of clients
  • BAS preparation and submission
  • Tax return preparation and submission
  • Supervise remote bookkeeping clients
  • Advise clients on accounting and taxation matters
  • Hire, train, and grow a team of accountants
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of accountants servicing Australian clients
  • Team management skills – hiring, training, and nurturing ambitious accountants
  • Experience managing a portfolio of SME clients with scope ranging from bookkeeping to taxation services
  • Excellent communication and delivery organization skills
