We are seeking a seasoned Financial Specialist to play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial services. As a collaborative team player, you will work closely with our accounting leadership to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients through exceptional customer service and timely delivery of high-quality financial reports.
  • Prepare and oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents for companies, trusts, and partnerships.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance on financial matters to clients, including calculations and lodgement of BAS, IAS, and FBT returns.
  • Prepare tax returns for individuals, including those with rental properties, capital gains, PSI, and sole traders.
  • Submit Super Guarantee Charge Statements and TPAR reports.
  • Deliver timely and accurate monthly financial reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an accounting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of key accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
