Hebrew Speaker - AI Trainer Job Description

This role involves teaching an artificial intelligence model about the Hebrew language, with a focus on advanced linguistic concepts and structures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Hebrew linguistics, including grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics. They should be familiar with verb conjugation, sentence structure, gender agreement, formal and informal speech, regional dialects, script and vocalization, and the nuances of Hebrew writing systems.

The successful applicant will work closely with the development team to create high-quality training data for the AI model. This will involve conversing with the model on language scenarios, verifying factual accuracy and logical soundness, capturing reproducible error traces, and suggesting improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

A master's or PhD in Hebrew language, linguistics, or a closely related field is highly desirable. Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects are also valued.

As a contractor, you will work remotely and provide your own secure computer and high-speed internet connection. You will be expected to maintain clear, metacognitive communication and demonstrate a commitment to quality and excellence in your work.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with verb conjugation, sentence structure, gender agreement, formal and informal speech, regional dialects, script and vocalization, and the nuances of Hebrew writing systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
