The role of a Data Scientist is crucial in our AI Rater Incubation Program, uncovering valuable insights from data generated by raters to enhance AI-driven ad relevance and related initiatives. This strategic position involves designing models, building analytics frameworks, and collaborating closely with linguists, program managers, and raters.

Responsibilities include developing metrics for program and rater performance, designing and analyzing experiments and statistical tests, creating dashboards and automated monitoring systems, identifying biases or preferences in labeling data, and working with linguists, raters, and program managers to translate findings into actionable insights.

This requires strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and R, applied expertise in statistical modeling and experimental design, experience working with moderate-to-large datasets, familiarity with Business Intelligence/visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Sisense, Tableau, or PowerBI, and excellent ability to communicate insights clearly through reports, dashboards, and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
