Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Cloud Engineer to spearhead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our contact center and unified communication platforms for global clients.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Genesys Cloud with a deep understanding of Genesys products and various industry applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality contact centers and unified communication platforms for clients worldwide.
- Provide senior-level technical consultation support to customers globally.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new team members and external teams.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and partners to support end-user installations, configuration, and programming changes.
- Oversee technical escalations and issues escalated by team members.
Requirements include:
- 5-8+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud with expertise in the contact center industry.
- Strong knowledge of Genesys products including multiple used cases and diverse industries.
- Ability to create private and public SIP trunks with multiple carriers and third-party ACDs.
- ITIL model service delivery, understanding of SLAs, and support contracts.
- Capacity to work in a 24/7 environment supporting global customers effectively.
