We are seeking an experienced Marketing Leader to drive our marketing operations, manage a creative team, and expand our digital presence.

Detailed Job Summary

The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and oversee marketing initiatives that align with business goals. They will develop and monitor marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. The Marketing Leader will also manage and mentor a small creative team (designers, editors, copywriters) and serve as the primary point of contact between the marketing team and clients/internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns that meet business objectives
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions
  • Lead and manage a creative team to produce high-quality marketing materials
  • Coordinate project deliverables across the team to ensure timely execution
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in SEO, search, social media, and AI-driven marketing
  • Familiarity with content strategy and digital campaign management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
