Senior Video Editor for E-commerce Content

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Video Editor to create compelling content for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of video editing work, with experience in creating engaging social media content and documentaries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing their creative vision to produce visually appealing videos that captivate audiences within the first few seconds. This includes seamlessly integrating internal footage with stock footage, selecting music tracks that resonate with the video's messaging, and implementing text overlays and animations to enhance the message.

We're looking for someone who is highly motivated, deadline-oriented, and detail-focused, with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro to create innovative and visually appealing videos
  • Test and integrate new AI video editing software tools to improve efficiency and quality
  • Design and edit platform-specific video ads tailored for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring each video is optimized for its respective platform
  • Produce engaging content that stops viewers from scrolling
  • Integrate internal video footage with stock footage, ensuring a cohesive narrative
  • Select and integrate music tracks that resonate with the video's messaging
  • Implement compelling text overlays and animations to enhance the message
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of video editing experience
  • Experience in editing videos for social media or documentaries
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, with experience in using AI editing tools
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your best video edits for social media and/or documentaries
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for storytelling through visuals
