Virtual Biology Teacher Opportunity

This is a virtual teaching role where you will be responsible for delivering live lessons to students, developing engaging lesson plans, and grading assignments. The ideal candidate will have experience in using virtual teaching tools and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and pacing guides.
  • Effectively utilize online tools to differentiate lessons, engage students, and deepen their understanding of the material.
  • Deliver live lessons during regular school hours (4-hour minimum).
  • Evaluate and grade student work to track progress.
  • Offer constructive feedback to support student learning and growth.

Requirements:

  • An active US state-issued Biology teaching certification.
  • A Social Security number.
  • Proficiency in using virtual teaching tools and resources.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One or more years of teaching experience.
