Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive student enrollment and represent the university in key global markets. As a regionally based Student Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our university's programs and services to students, parents, counselors, and educational consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the university at local student fairs, webinars, and school visits to build relationships and promote our brand.
  • Manage existing education agents and recruit new ones within the region, providing training on university programs, policies, and application processes.
  • Identify trends and competitor activity in the local education landscape, providing regional insights to inform global recruitment strategies.
  • Meet assigned targets and report weekly progress using CRM systems and Excel to manage lead pipelines and report conversions.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in student recruitment or international education is required.
  • An existing network of education agents in the region is essential.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and virtual communication tools is necessary.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills are crucial for success in this role.

This is a fully remote position with flexibility to attend virtual meetings aligned with the Dubai time zone. Occasional evening or weekend work for events may be required.
