About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at DOXA Talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive results.

Your primary responsibilities will include creating and sending email blasts, providing monthly updates on broker portals, and creating social media content for the team to use. You will also be conducting weekly reporting on sales team metrics from the CRM and using a dashboard to stay informed on Google Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and send email blasts to franchise brokers, consultants, and coaches
  2. Provide monthly updates on at least 7 broker portals
  3. Create LinkedIn posts and social media content for the team to use
  4. Conduct weekly running and sharing of reports on sales team metrics from the CRM
  5. Use a dashboard to stay informed on Google Analytics and provide alerts on any issues
  6. Update and create PowerPoint decks
  7. Create and update email and SMS drip campaigns for leads in the CRM
  8. Strategize proactively to drive online franchisee leads
  9. Interview franchisees for testimonials
  10. Respond to the broker's emailed questions about territory availability
  11. Work with the team on planning Discovery Day meetings and order give-outs
  12. Schedule calls and meetings as well as confirm candidates' fit with our brand
  13. Follow up on unresponsive leads through text, phone, and email
