Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns from start to finish.

This role involves managing 5–15+ campaigns simultaneously, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless delivery, strong client satisfaction, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project management for multiple integrated marketing campaigns (digital, influencer, experiential, and more) from kickoff through recap/renewal.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to deliver outstanding client service and ensure campaign objectives are met.
  • Own campaign timelines, ensuring all deliverables are executed on time and shared with the right stakeholders.
  • Track, optimize, and report on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in ad sales marketing, media, advertising, PR, or communications.
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative work style suited for a dynamic, highly matrixed organization.
  • Comfortable working with data to analyze performance and inform campaign recaps.
  • Bonus points if you've used Google Workspace, Dropbox, Asana, or Slack.
