Role Overview

Omeba Solution Inc. is seeking a skilled Bookkeeping Assistant Manager to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about finance and eager to take on new responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recording all financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling bank and book balances, and assisting in preparing financial statements. They will also provide support to the accounting team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Record all financial transactions of the company.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  4. Reconcile bank and book balances.
  5. Assist in preparing financial statements.
  6. Process payments to suppliers.
  7. Maintain and monitor accounts payable.
  8. Track and analyze expenses.
  9. Filing and encoding of receipts and supporting documents.
  10. Issue bills to customers and assist with collections.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance Management or Accounting Technology.
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience working with QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
