We are seeking an experienced Financial Record Management Associate to join our team at Starlight Business Consulting Services, Inc.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Record-Keeping: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including income, expenses, and payments.
  2. Accounts Payable and Receivable: You will process vendor invoices and payments, and issue invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
  3. Bank Reconciliations: You will perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that our financial records align with bank statements.
  4. Financial Reporting: You will prepare monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries.
  5. Budgeting and Expense Monitoring: You will assist in the creation of budgets and monitor expenses against the budget, identifying any variances and suggesting corrective actions.
  6. Tax Compliance: You will ensure that all financial activities comply with tax regulations, preparing necessary documentation for tax filings.
  7. Document Management: You will maintain an organized filing system for financial documents, ensuring that all records are readily accessible for audits and other reviews.
  8. Collaboration: You will work closely with consultants and management to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes related to project budgeting and costing.
  9. Process Improvement: You will recommend and implement bookkeeping policies and procedures to optimize financial operations and improve efficiency.
  10. Software Utilization: You will utilize accounting software to manage financial records, generate reports, and streamline bookkeeping processes.
  11. Client Communication: You will communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries, payment updates, and financial documentation as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • NC III for bookkeeping will be advantageous
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
