Principal Blockchain Architect

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the development of cutting-edge on-chain asset management infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to build novel governance and asset management mechanisms on Solana, while leveraging established presence in the financial technology space.

• Design, implement, and deploy high-performance, production-grade smart contracts on the Solana blockchain, with a focus on multisig infrastructure, transaction execution, and advanced features like time locks, spending limits, and role-based permissions.
• Build and iterate on core on-chain components including proposal systems, voting mechanisms, asset management protocols, and cross-program integration capabilities that enable composability across the Solana ecosystem.
• Work closely with product, finance, and ops to translate real-world fund flows into on-chain execution logic. Ensure alignment between protocol behavior and user experience across the stack.

• Minimum of 5 years in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in building smart contracts on Solana with Rust.
• Proven experience in building and supporting production Solana programs that have handled sizable funds.
• Strong understanding of smart accounts, digital asset management and multi-sig architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to design and reason about complex state machines, proposal logic, and secure transaction orchestration.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about building cutting-edge blockchain protocols.
• Peer collaboration and code quality: Maintains a high standard for code quality, reliability, and peer review. Demonstrates strong communication skills, challenges ideas respectfully, and actively contributes to raising the technical bar across the team.
• Fluency in English both in spoken and written forms.
