The Role
  • Leverage deep technical expertise to manage, optimize, and enhance platform infrastructure.
  • Drive operational excellence through proactive monitoring, meticulous incident management, and innovative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Blockchain Network Management: Deploy, optimize, and manage new blockchain networks.
  2. Complex Web3 Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve high-impact Web3 incidents.
  3. Proactive System Monitoring: Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions to identify trends, anomalies, and performance bottlenecks.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years in Technical Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles.
  • Deep experience managing complex Web3 infrastructures, including RPC services, validator setups, and node operations.
  • Solid hands-on experience with configuration management and infrastructure automation tools, containerization, and cloud environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in scripting/programming languages and monitoring and analytics platforms.
