Product Development Officer Job Description

This role requires a highly skilled individual to lead the product development process at INSPI Philippine. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new products, improving existing ones, and ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Development Strategy
    • Develop and implement product development strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and areas for product innovation.
  2. Product Design and Development
    • Lead the design and development of new products from concept to prototype and final product.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, and sales) to ensure the product meets functional and aesthetic requirements.
  3. Product Testing and Quality Assurance
    • Oversee product testing, including user testing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
  4. Product Improvement and Enhancement
    • Continuously evaluate and improve existing products based on customer feedback, market conditions, and performance data.
    • Implement changes to enhance product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  5. Market Analysis and Competitor Research
    • Monitor competitor products and market trends to ensure the company's products remain competitive.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication
    • Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products.
    • Support marketing efforts with product knowledge, key selling points, and product-specific training.
  7. Project Management and Reporting
    • Manage multiple product development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
    • Provide regular progress reports to management on product development status, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
