The Cherry Group of Companies is a dynamic organization that fosters innovation and excellence in product development. We are seeking a highly skilled Product Innovation Strategist to lead our category development efforts.

Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned professional to manage all aspects of product/program development from concept to final delivery. As a Product Innovation Strategist, you will consistently deliver successful product/programs on time and in budget. You will be responsible for leading program conception and development, developing strategies with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the preparation of necessary paperwork.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead program conception and development for assigned categories partnering closely with all necessary cross-functional teams
- Develop strategy in partnership with Brand and Communications Manager and Operations/Sales for focus categories
- Oversee and lead preparation of all necessary paperwork (Concept Briefs, Program Briefs, Creative Briefs); Manage development and support programs to ensure all are on time, within budget, and meet strategic and financial objectives
- Lead meetings with cross-functional teams on status of program development
- Responsible for gaining approval for assigned segment programs and projects

Requirements
- Passionate about cultural, beauty, and skincare trends, constantly finding new ways to activate and lead the industry
- Anticipate future trends and react to business needs to constantly refine marketing strategies and plans
- Ability to brief & guide creative in an effective way with both internal and external teams
- Establish a strong rapport with the independent sales force to generate new ideas and gain continued feedback regarding the effectiveness and current tools and potential information/educational needs
