Safety Officer Job Description

At DDT Konstract Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. safety, health, environmental science).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a safety-related role.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
