Safety Officer Job Description

At DDT Konstract Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.
  • Develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and procedures.
  • Investigate and report on all accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • At least 2 years of experience in construction HSE management or a related field.
  • Successful completion of the required DOLE training course for construction safety officers (COSH).
