The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing financial reporting and analysis, ensuring compliance with established accounting policies, methods, and principles. They will work closely with other business units to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and supervise unit accounting employees, recommend promotions, and take disciplinary action as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the completion of major finance reports.
- Develop and implement effective accounting policies and procedures.
- Supervise and train accounting staff to ensure they are equipped to handle their roles effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- At least 5 years of experience in supervisory roles within accounting or controllership fields.
