Requirements:
- University degree in Business or related discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years working experience, with at least 5 years in a client-facing role such as business and relationship management, account management, delivery executive, or related disciplines.
- In-depth general and life insurance knowledge and experience.
- Experience in product development.
- Strong portfolio, program, and project management experience.
- Solid experience in various domains of business development delivery (strategic and program planning and process improvement).
Skills:
- Strong stakeholder and relationship and account management skills.
- Ability to develop solid business cases for implementing business solution projects.
- Creative and analytical ability in problem resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills.
