Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze request queue to establish the fulfillment approach.
  • Complete service requests in a timely manner using established standards and quality.
  • Be curious to support and work in a highly functional team environment.
  • Communicate and collaborate between business and IT.
  • Execute credentialing-related access audits.
  • Data trend analysis to provide recommendations resulting in IT process improvements.
  • Occasional flexibility in working hours may be required to meet business demands.

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years IT or business experience in a large enterprise environment using Rally or ServiceNow for intake requests.
  • 1+ years experience working on at least one of these contact center telephony platforms: Genesys, CXOne, Avaya, Cisco, MS Teams.
  • Experience with MS Teams, MS Excel, SharePoint.
  • Experience with large to very large enterprise environments including multiple site locations.
  • Facilitating collaboration across multiple teams.
  • Clear, confident, and concise communication skills.
  • Ability to address multiple priorities simultaneously.
