Job Title: Dental Billing Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned dental billing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading training sessions, guiding upskilling of colleagues, and ensuring seamless billing operations through structured instruction and deep expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach comprehensive billing workflows, including insurance verification, CDT coding, claims, EOBs, and denials
  • Develop and lead live and recorded sessions focused on payer logic, billing documentation, and audit-readiness
  • Design mock scenarios to deepen system familiarity and code accuracy
  • Conduct Skills Evaluation Interviews (SEIs) to assess system use, billing logic, and knowledge gaps
  • Monitor trainee progress through performance tracking tools
  • Provide constructive feedback for retraining needs
  • Answer learner questions around codes, payer rules, and patient communication
  • Deliver practical coaching on tone and clarity in billing notes
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of U.S.-based dental billing experience, including hands-on insurance coordination and claim workflows
  • Advanced knowledge of CDT codes, EOBs, AR follow-up, appeals, and U.S. dental software standards
  • Confident leadership skills with clear communication and instructional ability
