Job Overview

A skilled WordPress Graphic Designer is required to join our team. This role involves designing and customizing WordPress themes to create visually engaging, user-friendly websites. The successful candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design principles and best practices.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual assets, page layouts, and mockups for new websites or redesigns. They will also optimize graphics for performance and responsiveness across devices, collaborate with content creators and developers on integrated designs, and enhance user journey and experience through layout and design improvements.

This position requires a deep understanding of web and graphic design principles, including experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools. A proven portfolio showcasing expertise in translating marketing goals into effective design strategies is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and customize WordPress themes to align with branding and UX goals
  • Create visual assets, page layouts, and mockups for new websites or redesigns
  • Optimize graphics for performance and responsiveness across devices
  • Collaborate with content creators and developers on integrated designs
  • Enhance user journey and experience through layout and design improvements
Requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in web and graphic design
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools
  • Background in web and graphic design with a proven portfolio
  • Skilled in translating marketing goals into effective design strategies
