Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished marketing professional to develop and execute our global marketing strategy, scale paid and organic channels, and enhance brand presence worldwide.

Main Responsibilities
  • Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Brand Growth: Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, community engagement, and brand search volume.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on performance using tools like GA4, Shopify analytics, and attribution platforms.
  • Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop hooks, creatives, and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
  • Customer Journey: Drive improvements across funnels, from awareness to retention, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a marketing manager with a focus on e-commerce DTC.
  • Experience in Shopify.
  • Experience in managing a team of minimum 3 people.
  • Experience working with the US market.
  • Proven track record scaling paid media while building brand equity in Google and Meta.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing marketing KPIs.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
