Data Integration Engineer

We are seeking a Data Integration Engineer to lead the implementation and scale-up of our internal and external system integrations with data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of integrations: requirements gathering, system design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and documentation.
  • Architect scalable integration frameworks and reusable patterns using iPaaS platforms or custom microservices.
  • Lead integration projects across teams to automate workflows and improve data consistency.
  • Build and maintain real-time and batch integrations across systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, and internal APIs.
  • Partner with security and IT to ensure compliance, data protection, and auditability of integration workflows.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in integration engineering, data engineering, or similar roles.
  • Deep experience working with APIs, webhooks, OAuth flows, and modern integration platforms.
  • Strong hands-on skills with tools like Zapier, dbt, or custom middleware frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript (Node.js) for scripting and integration logic.
  • Experience designing for idempotency, error handling, retries, and observability in data syncs.
